The LD841 Desktop Blister Sealing Machine is a newly developed compact sealing solution designed to meet the growing needs of pharmaceutical packaging, food trays, capsule blisters, and laboratory sample production. Despite its small size, it delivers sealing quality comparable to automated blister machines. Its customizable molds allow sealing of various shapes, making it ideal for small-batch manufacturing, product prototyping, and cost-effective packaging operations.
The LD841 supports 1-cavity, 2-cavity, and 4-cavity layouts, with a maximum sealing area of 230 × 130 mm and an output of 6–10 cycles per minute. Featuring pneumatic sealing, a precision guide rail system, stable PLC control, and digital temperature regulation, it ensures uniform texture, strong adhesion, and a clean, professional finish—perfect for the blister samples shown in the image.
Compatible with multiple sealing materials such as composite plastic film, aluminum-foil laminate, PP, PVC, PET, PE, and PS, the machine ensures airtight sealing and attractive appearance. The stainless-steel body, touch-screen interface, and reliable components make the LD841 a practical, durable, and efficient solution for modern packaging needs.
